    Its commitment to innovation and top-tier customer experience was recognized at the e-volution awards 2024, where it earned a Silver Award in the “E-Commerce Consulting Services” category.

    The challenge

    In a competitive market with increasingly demanding consumers, LETO made strategic moves to stand out - investing in both the commercial repositioning of the brand and in the performance growth of its e-shop.

    The goals? Boost brand awareness, reach new audiences, and refresh operations across the board to remain future-ready. That called for a series of well-targeted strategic transformations.

    Our approach

    Together with LETO, we built a holistic marketing strategy aligned with its business goals - tackling every aspect of its digital presence.

    We kicked things off by optimizing the e-shop experience. Through analytics platforms, we gathered actionable insights on user behavior across devices, which led to site structure improvements and an enhanced user journey - all in close collaboration with LETO’s development team. Our optimizations were based on both hard data and qualitative feedback.

    Next came our SEO improvement plan, with a strong focus on increasing non-branded organic traffic - boosting the brand’s overall online visibility.

    We then mapped out precise performance and brand awareness goals per channel and campaign phase, launching new Social Media channels such as TikTok and YouTube, enriched with branded content to expand campaign reach.

    And because location matters, we placed heavy emphasis on Local Awareness with:

    • Facebook campaigns localized per store
    • Performance Max campaigns per area
    • High-engagement campaigns across Facebook & Google
