    The case

    roē operates as a Holistic Center for Mental Health & Well-Being, offering psychotherapy, parental counseling, coaching, and a wide range of alternative services including yoga, reflexology, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, massage, reiki, zen shiatsu and mindfulness training – Planet Healing.

    The goal of the collaboration was to build an organic strategy that would increase traffic from users seeking support in mental health and well-being-without relying on branded searches.

    The organic strategy needed to support:

    1. Increased traffic from non-branded queries (symptoms, needs, services)
    2. Local SEO optimization (“near me” / area-based searches)
    3. Full alignment with E-E-A-T best practices for transparency, credibility and accuracy (credentials, medical disclaimers, etc.)

    To build strong topical authority in one of the most competitive sectors on the web, while maintaining both scientific accuracy and a human-centered content approach.

    The mental health market is defined by:

    • High competition from long-established websites with strong authority
    • Lack of a clear content hierarchy covering psychotherapy, well-being, self-improvement and holistic services
    • The need for E-E-A-T signals so that content conveys trustworthiness and scientific validity

    Sleed’s team was tasked with redefining roē’s SEO positioning-from site architecture to content strategy.

    The organic strategy needed to support:

    1. Traffic growth from non-branded queries
    2. Improved Local SEO performance for “near me” and location-based searches
    3. Compliance with E-E-A-T best practices (credentials, disclaimers, reliability of information)

    Our approach

    Our strategy was built on four pillars:

    1. Information Architecture
      We designed a new structure with thematic categories (Services / Blog / Events) and pillar pages for each service-both therapeutic and holistic (yoga, breathwork, reiki, etc.).
      With internal linking and optimized titles/meta, we ensured clarity and consistency across intent-based queries.
    2. Content SEO & E-E-A-T
      We created an editorial plan with a monthly calendar targeting queries related to mental health, well-being, alternative therapies and holistic practices.
      We strengthened authority with professional bio pages, trust signals and cited sources.
    3. Technical SEO
      We improved Core Web Vitals (LCP/CLS/INP), refreshed the sitemap and implemented schema markup for Service, LocalBusiness & FAQ pages - including holistic services.
    4. Off-Page SEO & Digital PR
      We developed a backlink strategy with thematic collaborations in the fields of mental health, well-being and alternative therapies, securing high-quality authority links.
