    The case

    ShopGreen is a Greek e-commerce brand specializing in zero-waste and sustainable products, launched in December 2022. Its goal was to build a digital presence that combines eco-conscious values with measurable business impact. With a strong focus on increasing sales, the brand decided to invest in TikTok - leveraging the power of organic reach and content that balances emotional appeal with commercial value.

    The challenge

    As a new brand with low awareness and no established community, ShopGreen had to stand out in a saturated and highly competitive content environment. While TikTok offers huge creative potential, it demands strategy, consistency, and constant testing to convert views into sales. On top of that, the brand needed to highlight specific product categories (e.g., thermos bottles, cooler bags) with seasonality-driven targeting and timing.

    Our approach

    Στη Sleed, σχεδιάσαμε και υλοποιήσαμε ένα TikTok-first πλάνο με κάθε video να λειτουργεί ως mini προϊοντικό asset.

    • Δημιουργήθηκαν vertical videos με έντονο hardsell χαρακτήρα και ξεκάθαρο CTA.
    • Κάθε βίντεο εστίαζε σε urgency (limited offers), προϊόντα με seasonality και γρήγορη εναλλαγή πλάνων.
    • Ακολουθήθηκαν όλα τα TikTok best practices: ισχυρό hook στα πρώτα 3”, έντονο call to action, ανθρώπινη παρουσία, visual placement της προσφοράς.
    • Παράλληλα, ενσωματώθηκαν Smart+ campaigns για amplification.
    • Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν ένα feed γεμάτο αληθινές ανάγκες, εμπνευσμένο editing και ξεκάθαρη προϊοντική πρόταση.
