The case
Sleed is one of the largest e-business agencies in Greece, with 160+ team members and clients across 35+ industries. As a TikTok Media Certified agency, we regularly leverage the platform's capabilities for our clients, but the challenge was different when it came to building our own corporate TikTok profile.
With a focus on brand awareness, employer branding, and innovation, we launched an internal project without clear industry benchmarks. Despite time constraints and limited internal production resources, we set out to do it right: with strategy, consistency, and authenticity.
The challenge
Creating a successful corporate TikTok presence is no easy feat. At Sleed, we had to navigate a set of key challenges:

Our approach
Our TikTok strategy was built around four key pillars:
- Company Culture First: We showcased Sleed's culture and team spirit through behind-the-scenes moments, raw videos, Talent Days, team outings, and real team vlogs.
- Sleed Podcast Teasers: We brought the Sleed the Way podcast to TikTok with short-form video snippets featuring guests, Sleeders, clients, and partners, sparking thought and engagement through bite-sized insights.
- Trending with Substance: We aligned TikTok trends with professional, meaningful content. Our creative team produced diverse formats (interviews, POVs, Q&As, challenges), maintaining both relevance and variety.
- Performance & Boosting Tactics: We implemented a targeted boosting strategy for selected branded content videos, aiming to attract new talent and amplify Sleed's hero pillars.
