The case
Olympic Brewery is one of the most recognized beer companies in Greece, with brands that have shaped the country’s brewing landscape over the years.
Our goal was to reintroduce the company to the public through its new Instagram channel, with a fresh, authentic, and engaging approach - one that goes beyond product communication to highlight the culture, experiences, and people behind the brand.
The challenge
The challenge was to find a unified and authentic voice for a corporate account representing multiple brands with distinct personalities (e.g. FIX Hellas, Mythos, Kaiser, Carlsberg, and more).
The key was to build a content framework that would showcase the brand philosophy and character behind each beer, without overshadowing any individual label - but instead creating a cohesive and complementary narrative.
Our approach
The “Brewing Culture from Within” strategy was designed to bring the human side of brewing to the forefront.
Sleed developed the entire content strategy, visual direction, and storytelling approach for the Olympic Brewery Instagram account - built around three main pillars:
- Culture-first content – Human stories, behind-the-scenes moments, everyday life, and brand heritage.
- Creator collaborations – Featuring selected creators and Olympic Brewery employees who embodied the spirit of the brand, offering a fresh and authentic perspective.
- Reels-first strategy – Dynamic video storytelling designed to drive engagement and create genuine connections with the audience.
Every piece of content was crafted to strengthen community ties and reflect the company’s core values of collaboration, creativity, and passion behind every product.
The outcomes
The new strategy elevated Olympic Brewery’s Instagram presence, significantly increasing engagement and brand awareness.
It also enhanced the company’s image as an authentic, modern, and people-driven organization that connects meaningfully with its audience.
The “Brewing Culture from Within” initiative successfully transformed the concept of “brewing” from a production process into a metaphor for culture - a blend of people, ideas, and creativity.
The campaign earned a Bronze Award at the Content Marketing Awards 2025 (Best Content Strategy), proving that the essence of great content lies where strategy meets authenticity.
