The case
With the launch of its new e-shop in June 2023, Lacoste Greece focused on creating a best-in-class e-commerce experience. In a competitive market dominated by resellers, the challenge was to elevate the brand beyond its iconic polos and attract new audiences while simultaneously improving the online consumer journey.
Through a holistic omnichannel approach and data-driven marketing strategies, Lacoste Greece significantly boosted its revenue, reduced cart abandonment rates, and enhanced customer engagement.
Our approach
We designed a comprehensive strategy focusing on three key pillars:
- E-shop Optimization
- User journey analysis using GA4 data and the creation of a Conversion Rate Optimization deck.
- Implementation of features like “Complete the Look” to drive cross-sell and upsell.
- Development of targeted landing pages for collections such as Christmas Gifts & Roland Garros.
- Performance Marketing & Data-Driven Growth
- Full-funnel digital strategy across TikTok, Teads, Google Ads & Email.
- Advanced segmentation and A/B testing on newsletters.
- Use of premium formats on Teads to attract a luxury audience.
- Implementation of server-side tracking & predictive AI for optimized targeting.
- Omnichannel & Influencer Activation
- Collaboration with Sneaker10 to promote the 2K24 sneaker.
- Digital-first influencer campaigns for Lacoste’s 90-year anniversary
The outcomes
Between 01/01/2024 – 30/09/2024:
- 40% increase in revenue over the annual sales target
- 5K+ sales.
- 900K+ visits to the e-shop.
- 0.5% conversion rate (peaking at 0.7% in top-performing months).
- ROAS of 7 (target: 5).
Comparing H1 2024 to the Previous Period:
- +60% revenue & +66% sales.
- +22% engaged sessions.
- +40% returning visitors.
- Cart abandonment rate reduced by -7.85%.
- View item list abandonment rate reduced by -21.37%.
This success was recognized not only with the SILVER award at the e-volution awards 2025, but also by the parent company, which honored Lacoste Greece with the “Best Website/E-shop Implementation in EMEA” award. Additionally, the strategy executed on Teads performed so well that it led to the creation of a case study titled “Lacoste leverages Teads predictive AI & Pixel to deliver superb outcomes” at the request of the Senior Performance Manager for CEE.
Lacoste Greece didn’t just undergo a digital transformation – it redefined the future of the brand in the Greek market, with an approach that blends innovation, performance, and user experience!
